Responsibilities

Follows and implements The Arc policies and procedures.
Contributes to annual budget formulation and monitors program financial stability.
Tracks program expenditures and submits reports monthly.
Approves purchases electronically in a timely manner.
Interviews, hires, coaches, and terminates staff with approvals.
Completes onboarding and annual evaluations for Life Skill Coaches.
Documents staff performance issues and trains on organizational principles.
Performs quality control reviews of services and oversees remote learning.
Provides direct service duties as needed to meet client needs.
Oversees online curriculum for clients and ensures open communication with stakeholders.
Manages equipment, supplies, and curriculum development to meet client goals.
