Job summary

The Arc Fresno/Madera Counties is seeking an experienced program manager to lead staff, monitor budgets, and ensure quality services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Mendota area.

The role involves directing onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews, while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and collaborating with families, funders, and care providers.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; 1–2 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Requires valid CDL, reliable transportation, auto insurance and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Follows The Arc policies and procedures and models policy adherence.
• Participates in annual budgeting and monitors financial stability.
• Tracks program expenditures and submits reports monthly.
• Approves purchases electronically in a timely manner.
• Interviews, hires, coaches, and terminates staff with director approval.
• Conducts onboarding and performance evaluations for Life Skill Coaches.
• Documents staff performance issues and executes corrective actions.
• Models the organization's collaborative workplace principles and curriculum.
• Performs quality control reviews of services for clients.
• Provides direct service duties as needed to meet client needs.
• Oversees online curriculum and remote learning for clients.
• Maintains open communication with families, funders, employers, and care providers.
• Oversees equipment purchases, maintenance, and replacements.
