Job summary

CAMBA, Inc. in the Bronx, NY is seeking a Program Manager to oversee housing and related services, supervise staff, and ensure program performance targets are met.

You will handle confidentiality, compliance with security policies, and prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior management and funders. Requirements include a Master’s in social work or related field and experience with the Seriously and Persistently Mentally Ill population.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field (licensure such as LMSW/LCSW recommended).
• Experience working with Seriously and Persistently Mentally Ill (SPMI) population.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and client confidentiality.
• Practice Universal Precautions/Standard Protocol & Procedures.
• Comply with Federal, State, City and CAMBA security and privacy policies.
• Make recommendations to VP/SVP regarding policies and protocols.
• Clearly communicate CAMBA and funders' policies and targets to staff.
• Ensure staff compliance with CAMBA policies and rules.
• Oversee training, vacation and leave requests; review time sheets.
• Prepare performance appraisals and ensure timely reports for management and funders.
• Analyze program data to implement improvements; represent CAMBA at external meetings.
