Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of applicable experience or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with clients while protecting confidentiality.
• Develop and document program activities and monitor outcomes.
• Oversee program operations and supervise direct reporting staff.
• Prepare contract reports and statistical information for CAMBA management and funders.
• Coordinate with housing operations or property management to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and participate in program development and start-up activities.
