Job summary

CAMBA in Bronx, NY is seeking a Program Manager to lead service delivery across housing, health and youth programs. You will supervise staff, maintain client confidentiality, ensure compliance with privacy policies, and communicate funder requirements.

The role emphasizes QA, reporting, data analysis, staff development, and coordination with senior leadership to meet monthly targets and program outcomes. A Master’s in social work or related field is required.

• Experience working with the Seriously and Persistently Mentally Ill (SPMI) population.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and client confidentiality.
• Practice Universal Precautions/Standard Protocol & Procedures.
• Comply with Federal, State, City and CAMBA privacy polices for health information.
• Make recommendations to VP/SVP regarding policies and targets.
• Clearly communicate CAMBA and funders’ policies to staff.
• Ensure direct staff comply with CAMBA policies and rules.
• Ensure disciplinary actions follow CAMBA policy.
• Meet monthly targets and performance outcomes.
• Develop and implement Quality Assurance measures.
• Supervise staff training, vacation and leave requests.
• Approve staff travel and expense vouchers.
• Review and sign time sheets.
• Prepare performance appraisals for direct reports.
• Ensure timely preparation of reports for management and funders.
• Submit weekly reports and stats for management and funders.
• Analyze program data to improve services.
• Communicate with peers about client progress and best practices.
• Conduct regular staff meetings.
• Consult with VP/SVP and CAMBA management on issues.
• Represent CAMBA at funder/outside meetings as requested.
• Report incidents to VP/SVP as needed.
• Make hiring and firing recommendations in consultation with HR.
• Tasks may be modified and expanded over time.
