Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to lead product program management across the global rack integration network. You will oversee the value stream from hardware development through volume manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment.

You will partner with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and quality teams, establish scalable production visibility, manage risks, and report to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or technical project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology field.
• 5+ years of hardware, manufacturing, or supply chain experience.
• Experience with hardware BOMs and material lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical program management for server and networking hardware fulfillment.
• Oversee end-to-end product execution including Customer Interface, Product Planning, Material Planning, and Performance Management.
• Manage change across multiple stakeholder groups including material owners and external partners.
• Develop and deploy dashboards and automation systems providing real-time visibility into build plan performance and material status.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, identify dependencies, manage risks, and drive resolution of issues.
• Lead executive communications and status reporting to senior leadership.
