Job summary

Immigrant Legal Resource Center in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex California-based projects, ensuring compliant administration and effective collaboration across ILRC programs.

The role reports to the Directing Attorney and supports multiple internal departments, funders, and partners with strong data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning skills. Hybrid work with in-person days is available.

Qualifications

• Have program management and non-profit experience.
• Experience managing large and complex projects with initiative and primary responsibility.
• Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally and work in a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication, facilitation, and report writing skills.
• Advanced data analysis and experience handling large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects as program administrator and lead at least one large project.
• Coordinate with finance, grants, and admin teams for subgrants and reporting.
• Develop internal systems to improve efficiency, transparency, and collaboration.
• Supervise staff and provide development support and tools.
• Engage with external partners, funders, and state agencies to advance goals.
• Prepare and present findings to funders and ILRC teams.
