Job summary

Florida State University is seeking a Program Manager for the Graduate Student Resource Center in Tallahassee. This role oversees the travel grant program, leads marketing for graduate student development initiatives, and supports the Director in implementing workshops and administrative operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating events, developing programming for doctoral students, managing travel grant processes, and preparing annual reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years experience related to academic and/or student services or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to eight years in the same.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative and programmatic functions for the GSRC travel grant program.
• Lead marketing for academic and professional development programming to current FSU graduate students.
• Assist the Director with implementation of the Center’s workshops and lead administrative support.
• Coordinate planning and execution of GSRC marketing, media, and events including the Graduate Student Resource Fair.
• Lead or assist in creation of high-impact programming for doctoral student success and workshops.
