The College of Medicine at Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Program Manager, Graduate Medical Education Training Program in Palm Beach County, FL. The Program Manager, Graduate Medical Education Training Program, coordinates Graduate Medical Education Programs (GME) to ensure compliance with ACGME requirements and specific programs, projects, or academic support service functions. Works closely with Director(s), faculty, and staff in program planning and development of the program's academic and clinical requirements to ensure accreditation standards are achieved and maintained. Responsible to the Designated Institutional Official, Director(s), Department Chairs, and Senior Program Coordinators (as applicable), for departmental recruitment, managerial, and financial functions and medical education curriculum coordinators; resolving problems and communicating issues of concern to appropriate higher-level authority. This role is based at off-campus locations and may require travel to multiple sites throughout the day.

A bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and 1 year of appropriate experience or a high school diploma and 5 years of appropriate professional/specialized experience required.
Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
Valid Florida Driver's License required.
Experience in a higher education institution, medical school, or hospital.
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of faculty, staff, and students.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
Exceptional customer service, organizational and time management skills.
$66,560 - $76,000 Annually.
COM: GME Program Administration
Clinical - Off Campus Location (COM use only)
Monday – Friday, 8 a.m - 5 p.m. Some evenings and weekends as needed.
