Qualifications

• We’re looking for candidates with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple workstreams.
• Ability to create and maintain program plans, milestones, risks, issues, and actions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to align Product, Engineering, and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across workstreams or programs.
• Coordinate activities across Product, Domain, Engineering, Data, and other teams.
• Translate program priorities into clear, executable plans and actions.
• Track progress against milestones and commitments, flagging delays early.
• Ensure requirements, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and readiness activities are sequenced.
• Drive accountability to keep programs moving forward.
• Facilitate cross-functional delivery and governance forums; document decisions and next actions.
