Allocore is hiring a Business Analyst to join our Client Delivery team across multiple levels. Local Mechanicsburg candidates onsite three days per week are preferred, with relocation considered.

The role involves translating client needs into solutions for federal lending, grants, and financial programs, and collaborating with product teams, engineers, QA, and delivery teams. Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process analysis, product delivery, implementation, or a related discipline.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements, workflows, and actionable solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with clients, product teams, engineers, QA, and/or delivery teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and manage changing priorities
• Experience with financial services, lending, fintech, government programs, or complex technology implementations is a plus
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance may be required for certain assignments
• Mechanicsburg, PA. Local candidates who can work onsite 3 days per week are strongly preferred. Candidates who are willing to relocate to the Mechanicsburg area will also be considered.

We’re growing our Business Analyst team and are looking for talented professionals across a range of experience levels — from early-career analysts ready to grow their skills to experienced Senior Business Analysts who can lead complex client initiatives.

At Allocore, Business Analysts play a critical role in translating business and client needs into solutions that help modernize federal lending, grants, and financial programs. Depending on your experience, you may support requirements gathering and documentation, facilitate client discussions, analyze complex business processes, help shape product workflows, or lead requirements and solution design across major implementations.

We are hiring at multiple levels. Your title, scope of responsibility, and compensation will be aligned to your experience, demonstrated capabilities, and the needs of the team.

What We're Looking For

We’re interested in candidates at multiple stages of their Business Analyst career. You may be a fit if you bring some combination of:

• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process analysis, product delivery, implementation, or a related discipline
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements, workflows, and actionable solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical‑thinking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders

Leveling: We are considering candidates across multiple experience levels. Final title and level — which may range from Business Analyst through Senior Business Analyst — will be determined based on experience, skills, and scope of responsibility.
