We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, business priorities, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, stakeholder management, risk management, and strategic planning skills, along with experience managing cross-functional teams and complex programs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee multiple projects and programs from initiation through completion.
• Define program objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
• Develop program roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage program budgets, financial forecasts, resource utilization, and cost controls.
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting processes, and performance metrics.
• Prepare and present program status reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication across departments.
• Drive change management, process improvements, and organizational initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects or complex cross-functional programs.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Experience with program planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience preparing status reports, KPIs, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
