Job summary

Rapiscan Systems in Massachusetts seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead government contracts for high‑tech security equipment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure on‑time, compliant delivery of programs.

The role requires seven+ years of government program management, PMP certification, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. Travel up to 25% may be involved, with strong emphasis on customer relationships and program

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Business Admin, Accounting, or technical field.
PMP Certification required.
Minimum seven years of government program management experience on high-tech equipment/services.
Must be able to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary customer point of contact for contracts and related projects.
Drive day-to-day team activities to meet milestones and deliverables.
Ensure deliverables comply with contract requirements and regulations, with regular reports.
Manage programs from inception to completion, including lifecycle quality control.
Estimate resources and coordinate with department managers to secure personnel.
Develop WBS, delivery team structure, project plans, and budgets; track key goals.
