Job summary

OSI Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead government programs for high‑tech equipment and services.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing and Installation, ensuring contractual compliance and on‑time deliverables. The role requires a PMP certification, 12+ years of program management experience, TSA clearance eligibility, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or technical field preferred.
• PMP certification required.
• Minimum 12 years of government program management experience.
• Must be capable of obtaining a TSA security clearance.
• Experience in DHS TSA programs, aviation industry, and sales a plus.
• Knowledge of TSA Transport Security Equipment Qualification Process.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact for contracts and projects.
• Drive day-to-day team activities to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure deliverables comply with contractual requirements and regulations.
• Execute programs from start to finish with quality control throughout.
• Develop WBS, delivery team structure, plans, and cost structures.
• Provide leadership to a dispersed program support team.
• Monitor progress from Sales to Engineering to Manufacturing to Installation.
• Proactively manage scope changes and contingencies.
• Identify dependencies and critical path for programs.
• Track performance and report delivery status, revenue and risks.
• Pursue new business opportunities and build long-term relationships.
