Job summary

Rapiscan Systems, an OSI Systems, Inc. company, is seeking a senior Program/Project Manager to lead government programs involving high-technology equipment and services.

You will manage contracts from planning through deployment, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, compliant deliverables. The role requires a PMP certification, 7+ years of government program management experience, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in business, accounting or technical field.
• PMP Certification required.
• 7+ years government program management experience leading high-tech contracts or services.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• Experience with TSA, Non-TSA DHS or DOD programs is a plus.
• Knowledge of airport security, baggage handling systems and x-ray scanners is a plus.
• Strong leadership of cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer point of contact for assigned contracts and projects.
• Drive day-to-day team activities to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure contractual compliance and regular program reviews.
• Lead end-to-end program development and lifecycle oversight.
• Manage resources, budgets, and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop WBS, schedules, and cost structures with clear goals.
• Maintain project files and report status, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide leadership to dispersed teams and ensure on-time deliverables.
• Monitor progress from Sales to Engineering to Manufacturing and Installation.
