Job summary

Rapiscan, an OSI Systems, Inc. company, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex government contracts and act as the primary customer interface to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.

You will drive cross‑functional, globally dispersed teams, manage risks, and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting the 2028 Summer Olympics. Relocation assistance is available, with required travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a technical field.
• PMP Certification required.
• 12+ years of government program management experience.
• Past performance with City of Los Angeles / LA County on complex deployments.
• Must be able to obtain TSA security clearance.
• DHS TSA / aviation/DOD program experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact for contract execution and projects.
• Drive day-to-day activities to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure deliverables meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross-functional matrixed teams to deliver programs.
• Manage risks, scope changes, and customer satisfaction.
