Job summary

Web Business Solutions in Quantico, VA is seeking a Program Manager to lead contract execution for CDET distance education programs and regional campuses. You will serve as the primary interface with the Government and ensure work is planned, staffed, monitored, and delivered per contract requirements.

The role requires a Master's degree and a PMP certification, with 8+ years of project management and supervision experience, including remote personnel management.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• Eight (8)+ years of project management and supervision experience.
• Master's degree required; other fields acceptable with substitutions as described.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of CDET programs.
• Coordinate scheduling of seminars with the RDs and CDET staff.
• Review all invoices for accuracy and on-time submittal.
• Maintain weekly contact with the COR regarding overall contract execution and Government satisfaction.
• Conduct a minimum of one QC visit to each regional site annually.
• Provide a Monthly Status Report.
• Participate in the CDET mid-year review at a regional location.
• Conduct monthly Program Management status reviews with the COR and report on status.
