Job summary

Web Business Solutions Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead the execution of CDET distance education programs from the Quantico area. The role interfaces with Government stakeholders to ensure planning, staffing, monitoring, and delivery align with contract requirements.

Requirements include a PMP certification, 8+ years of project management experience (14+ preferred), a Master’s degree, and active Secret clearance. Prior Marine experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• Eight+ years of project management experience required; 14+ years preferred.
• Master's degree required; MBA or related field preferred.
• Experience managing Professional Military Education programs is a plus.
• Active Secret clearance required before supporting classified tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract execution for CDET distance education programs.
• Coordinate scheduling of seminars with RDs and CDET staff.
• Review invoices for accuracy and timely submittal.
• Maintain weekly contact with the COR regarding contract status.
• Conduct QC visits and monthly status reports.
• Attend the annual CDET Faculty workshop at Quantico.
