Job summary

Hatalom is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary contractor representative supporting Marine Corps University (MCU) and the College of Distance Education and Training (CDET) in Quantico, VA. The role focuses on leadership, contract oversight, customer engagement, and program execution to ensure delivery of educational support services.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Government contracts and customer interfaces.
• Experience overseeing geographically dispersed personnel and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition, contract management, and performance-based services.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of contract performance including cost, schedule, staffing, quality, and risk.
• Oversee execution of program requirements and ensure deliverables meet contract standards.
• Coordinate seminar scheduling and execution with Regional Directors.
• Prepare monthly status reports and participate in PMRs.
• Attend and support faculty workshops and executive-level briefings.
