Job summary

Web Business Solutions Inc. seeks a Deputy Program Manager to oversee CDET programs at multiple regional sites, ensure contract execution, government coordination, scheduling, reporting, and quality control. The role requires strong PM experience and security clearances.

The position emphasizes management of personnel, remote teams, and continuous engagement with the COR, with attendance at Quantico, VA for workshops and site visits.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• Former Marine with 10+ years' experience desired.
• A Bachelor's degree and 8 additional years' experience may substitute for a Master's degree.
• Master's degree is required; preferred in PM, information management, HR, business administration or management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of CDET programs.
• Coordinate scheduling of seminars with the RDs and CDET staff.
• Review all invoices for accuracy and on-time submittal.
• Maintain weekly contact with the COR regarding contract execution and Government satisfaction.
• Conduct a minimum of one QC visit to each regional site annually.
• Provide a Monthly Status Report.
• Participate in the CDET mid-year review at a regional location.
• Conduct monthly PM status reviews with the COR and report program status across regions.
• Manage and track CAC card requests for contractor personnel.
• Attend the annual CDET Faculty workshop at Quantico, VA.
