Goodera, a leading employee engagement platform, seeks a detail-driven Program Manager to join our Chicago team. You will act as the operational backbone of our corporate volunteering programs, bridging Logistics, Customer Success Managers, and Experience sub-teams to ensure flawless event execution and precise data handling.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree required.
Up to 4 years of full-time work experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate shipping and event data in internal systems.
Update central event tracker with input from Experience team.
Maintain client context information for planning and execution.
Monitor shipping requirements and coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch of materials.
Create clear event briefs for various formats to enable hosts to deliver engaging events.
Review final event materials to ensure excellence.
Serve as liaison between Logistics, Customer Success Managers, and Experience teams to resolve last-mile issues.
