Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate shipping and event data in internal systems.
  • Update and manage the central event tracker with Experience team.
  • Maintain client context information for smooth planning and execution.
  • Monitor systems to track shipping requirements with Logistics team.
  • Create clear event briefs for outdoor, kiosk, or other formats.
  • Review final event materials for quality and accuracy.
  • Act as liaison between Logistics, CS Managers, and Experience teams.
  • Resolve last-mile issues related to shipments and event requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-driven Program Manager to join our team in Chicago. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our corporate volunteering initiatives - acting as the vital bridge between Logistics, Customer Success Managers, and Experience sub-teams. You will be responsible for ensuring flawless event execution, maintaining precise data systems, and managing last-mile requirements to deliver exceptional, seamless experiences for our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping and event data in internal systems used by Program Managers and Customer Success Managers.

  • Update and manage the central event tracker by working with sub-teams in the Experience team; ensure data completeness and accuracy (a key performance metric).

  • Maintain client context information and relay event-related details to the Experience team for smooth planning and execution.

  • Monitor internal systems to track shipping requirements and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of

  • event materials.

  • Create clear and comprehensive event briefs (for outdoor, kiosk, or other formats) to enable hosts to deliver engaging events.

  • Review and quality-check final event materials such as presentations and “Know Before You Go” (KBYG) documents to ensure excellence.

  • Act as the liaison between Logistics, Customer Success Managers, and Experience teams—resolving last-mile issues related to shipments, collaterals, or other event requirements.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • A relevant Bachelorʼs or Masterʼs degree

  • Up to 4 years of full-time work experience

  • Passion for social impact and belief in the impact that can be delivered by purpose-led engagement of the workforce

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.

  • Excellent communicator who can coordinate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working with data and internal tools to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

  • Bias for action, high energy, perseverance, low ego and boundaryless behaviour to propel the team and organization forward.
