Job summary

Goodera, the world’s leading employee volunteering platform, seeks a Senior Associate/Engagement Manager to own and grow relationships with Fortune 500 clients. This is not a desk job: you’ll be the face of these accounts, advise on social impact strategy, and drive programs from concept to on‑site execution.

You’ll coordinate with Goodera’s operations, supply, content, and host teams, manage events in client systems, and ensure smooth planning from kickoff to recap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in engagement management or senior client-facing roles.
• Hands-on operator who is energized by on-site events.
• Experience with enterprise internal tools for events and logistics.
• Strong process and admin discipline with SOPs and templates.
• Proven ability to own enterprise relationships and drive retention/growth.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and build trust.
• Advise clients on social impact strategy with a senior consultative voice.
• Nurture long-term relationships for renewal and growth.
• Coordinate on-site events from start to finish with ops/host teams.
• Configure and manage events in client systems and manage registrations.
• Develop tailored account plans and forecast activity.
• Monitor program metrics and report findings to clients.
• Collaborate across Goodera teams to ensure seamless programs.
