Job summary

CSP Composite is seeking a Program Launch Manager to drive new product introductions from award through production. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, establish process flows, BOMs, and PFMEAs, and ensure timely PPAP submissions and customer approvals.

Strong project leadership and Lean manufacturing principles are essential. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in automotive manufacturing or launch management, with experience coordinating OEM customer launches and APQP/PPAP processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 5–7 years in automotive manufacturing, engineering, program management, or launch management.
• Experience leading new product launches from development through mass production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all activities related to new product launches and engineering changes from award through production stabilization.
• Develop and maintain program launch timelines with key milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Materials, Maintenance and Supply Chain.
• Establish BOMs, routings, process flows, and PFMEAs for new programs.
• Prepare PPAP submissions and support customer launch reviews and audits.
