Clarke Power in Sharonville, OH, is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead new product development, enhancements, and certification projects throughout the lifecycle. You will own the CFPP Stage‑Gate process and coordinate across Engineering, Production, Quality, Materials, Sales, Marketing and Customer Support to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, risk management, and portfolio visibility to leadership, driving robust launch readiness

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in a manufacturing/project environment.
• Leading cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with new product development and certification projects.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and drive action closure.
• Strong communication and time management.
• Ability to interpret schedules and resource plans.

Responsibilities

• Own CFPP Stage‑Gate process and related activities.
• Coordinate between Engineering, Production, Quality, Materials, Sales, Marketing and Customer Support.
• Develop and maintain project plans; manage risks and priorities.
• Lead product launch readiness activities and portfolio reporting.
• Continuous process improvement to reduce waste and drive efficiency.
