Job summary

Loft Federal, a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary, seeks a Program Manager to oversee customer-facing execution across federal space programs. The role collaborates with Federal leadership, engineering, contracts, and mission teams to maintain program visibility and drive on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate is organized, credible with customers, and comfortable with technical programs, with potential for increased ownership as the business scales.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
• Experience in program management, project management, or government contracting (3+ years).
• Experience supporting customer-facing programs and complex engineering efforts.
• Ability to organize actions, schedules, risks, and decisions across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of customer contracts across cost, schedule, technical, contractual, and deliverable requirements.
• Serve as day-to-day customer-facing program interface for assigned programs and workstreams.
• Prepare for and support customer meetings, reviews, and status updates.
• Track commitments, actions, deliverables, risks, and decisions through closure.
• Maintain program execution artifacts: trackers, status reports, meeting notes, and schedules.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Mission, Product, Security, Contracts, Finance, and subcontractors to align work.
• Support development and maintenance of program schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Identify execution risks early and elevate issues before they impact customers.
