Job summary

Goldbelt Apex LLC seeks a Program Manager to serve as the single contractor point of contact for warehouse support across multiple locations. The role manages contract performance, staffing, scheduling, cost, risk, reporting, invoicing, travel, and Other Direct Costs.

The candidate should have 8+ years in logistics/contract management, prior Government contracts, and GCSS-MC experience. A Public Trust clearance is required or can be obtained. PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with GCSS-MC.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Contracting Officer, COR/ACOR and Government program personnel.
• Oversee Camp Pendleton and Camp Lejeune warehouse operations.
• Ensure the team is fully staffed and operational within 15 calendar days after award.
• Oversee initial wall-to-wall inventory within 30 calendar days.
• Manage Government-furnished property accountability.
• Oversee GCSS-MC access and inventory processes; prepare org charts, monthly status reports, travel reports, meeting minutes, and other CDRLs.
• Support post-award and semiannual Program Management Reviews.
• Ensure surge personnel are available within 30 calendar days after notice.
• May perform other duties as needed.
