Job summary

Goldbelt Integrated Logistics Services seeks a Program Manager to lead contract deliverables, delegate work, train staff, and ensure quality products within the timelines defined by the Contract, the CO or the COR.

You will be the primary interface with government personnel and the contractor team, providing leadership across administrative, engineering, and operations support functions while managing budgets, schedules, and performance metrics to meet PWS requirements.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of federal contract management principles.
• Experience with DOE contracting environments preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational management skills.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and resource management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the Contractor's primary Program Manager and principal contact for contract matters.
• Oversees execution of administrative, engineering, operations, and support services.
• Ensures contract performance meets PWS requirements, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Develops and maintains project management, staffing, quality control, and risk plans.
• Monitors performance metrics and coordinates staffing, deliverables, and budgets.
• Leads program management meetings and stakeholder briefings.
