Job summary

Familylinks seeks a Program Manager to provide operational leadership for aging, behavioral health, service coordination, and youth/family services. You will oversee staff, clients, and program operations, and lead policy implementation and outcomes across the division.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving quality improvement, and delivering timely documentation.

Qualifications

Supervise program division staff and coordinate trainings.
Interview and hire staff to maintain staffing levels.
Ensure licensing, regulatory and contractual compliance for the program.
Maintain client-, program-, and outcome-focused reporting.

Responsibilities

Implements agency mission, vision and values across performance areas.
Provide leadership for a therapeutic environment tailored to at-risk populations.
Ensure program operations meet licensing, regulatory and contractual requirements.
Establish quality review processes and drive quality improvements.
Oversee budget adherence and utilization targets for the program.
Oversee timely, accurate documentation of services and program operations.
Develop and implement client and program outcome reporting processes.
Coordinate recruitment, retention, and staff development.
