Job summary

Familylinks, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide operational leadership across aging, behavioral health, service coordination, and youth and family services. You will supervise staff, oversee clients and program operations, and guide policy implementation to achieve desired outcomes.

The role emphasizes staff development, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and collaboration with internal teams to maintain high standards of care and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains the agency's mission, vision, and values in all facets of performance.
• Provides overall leadership in the development and implementation of a therapeutic environment appropriate to at risk population, according to individual child and family needs, agency policies, and external requirements.
• Ensures program operation in accordance with applicable licensing, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Establishes a process of quality review and initiates actions to maintain and/or improve quality of service.
• Accounts for expenditures in accordance with budgets and ensures utilization targets are met.
• Oversees documentation of all service and program operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Contributes to client and program outcome processes and reports on outcome indicators.
• Performs recruitment, staffing, evaluations, and professional development in line with agency policies.
• Maintains positive working relationships with external partners and ensures health and safety procedures are followed.
• Attends meetings, supervisions and trainings as assigned.
