Job summary

Leidos in the United States seeks a driven Project Manager to join the NISC team supporting the FAA radar modernization effort. You will plan, organize, and manage resources to achieve program goals within scope, schedule, and budget, coordinating with leads, subcontractors, and support personnel to bring new equipment online at FAA facilities.

The role requires a BA/BS with 4–8 years of relevant experience or equivalent, proficiency in MS Project and Excel, and experience supporting the FAA.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA or BS degree and 4–8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Ability to work well with others and present ideas to diverse audiences.
• Proficient with MS Project and Excel (Macros).
• Experience supporting the FAA is preferred.
• Knowledge of FAA radar technology is a plus.
• Lean/Six Sigma analysis and data analytics skills are valued.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and bring structure to projects.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on time within budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors and support personnel.
• Develop and maintain program schedules and required documents.
• Respond to inquiries and support budget formulation activities.
• Organize meetings and input to project schedules.
• Investigate issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Provide programmatic input to the team and maintain cost controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
