Job summary

Leidos is seeking a driven Project Manager to join the NISC team supporting FAA radar modernization. The role focuses on planning, organizing, and managing resources to meet program goals within scope, schedule, and budget, while coordinating with task leaders, subcontractors, and support staff.

The candidate will work independently on moderately complex projects, update schedules, assist in budget activities, and prepare required program documents.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA or BS degree and 8 to 12 years of prior relevant experience.
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to present ideas to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects schedules are met and within budget constraints.
• Provide timely/accurate responses to all technical and program inquiries received.
• As required, assist in budget formulation activities utilizing FAA government databases.
• As applicable, author required documents in support of program schedules.
• Work independently to achieve day-to-day Program objectives which may significantly impact operational results or program objectives.
• Update project schedules as required and provide input to FAA construction managers.
• Organize impromptu telecons/meetings to ensure all project maintain schedule and cost.
• Utilizing special client databases, provide programmatic input to other team members.
• Perform investigations and root cause analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.
