The Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI) is a newly merged institute that is rapidly growing within the Dean of Research. As an independent research institute, HAI’s mission is to advance AI research, education, policy, and practice to improve the human condition. The research programming at the HAI works to foster interdisciplinary research and elevate that work to a global audience through grant programming, convenings, fellowships and more.
POSITION SUMMARY:
HAI is hiring a Program Manager, Executive education to administer the day-to-day operations of its portfolio of executive education programs. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Executive Education, this position administers a portfolio of executive education programs and manages operations and logistics for all executive education programs. The role manages meeting setup, calendaring, catering, and event logistics across the portfolio; administers client intake and program building meetings; coordinates with program faculty director and faculty/guest speakers, vendors, and partner organizations; supports in facilitating executive education programs; and works closely with HAI's Communications, Finance, Policy, and HR teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable juggling multiple overlapping program calendars, has strong communication skills, and exercises sound judgment in day-to-day operational decisions under general supervision. We are hiring one (1) full time (100% FTE) fixed-term position for two (2) years, renewable based on programmatic need and funding.
