Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Program Manager, Events & Activations to lead the operational engine behind ABW and field marketing activations. You will own master timelines, manage budgets, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of multi-day events.

The role requires strong executive presence, rigorous planning, and ability to present status to senior leaders. Location in Tempe, AZ with hybrid in-office schedule and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably spanning live events or activations.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-day live events with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English with strong executive presence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the master timeline, critical path, and risk registers for ABW and field activations.
• Coordinate across creative, content, production, venue, AV, talent, travel, and merchandise workstreams.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and capacity planning for events.
• Prepare executive-ready updates and dashboards for senior leaders.
• Track spend, invoices, and budget health; post-event analysis and learnings.
