Job summary

Hensley Beverage Company is seeking a Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and report on live events and activations across Arizona. You will manage on-site execution, coordinate teams, and ensure programs meet brand guidelines. The role requires hands-on field work and strong organizational skills.

The successful candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple events, and adapts quickly. Evening and weekend availability is often required to support peak activation periods.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Prior experience in event coordination, promotions, or live activations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead event planning and execution across Arizona, including festivals and brand activations.
• Coordinate on-site activities, logistics, and volunteers or marketing reps.
• Collaborate with leadership to align events with marketing goals.
• Analyze event performance, engagement, and ROI; report findings to leadership.
• Oversee event budgets and ensure resources are used effectively.
• Develop on/off-premise programming, product samplings, promotions, and activations.
• Build relationships with internal teams, vendors, and event partners.
• Ensure brand guidelines and marketing standards are followed at all events.
• Be flexible to work evenings and weekends for peak activation periods.
• Prepare comprehensive event reports with insights and recommendations.
