Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Pre-Development Coordinator to support cross-functional teams in the early stages of development. You’ll coordinate, organize, and provide administrative help to keep projects on track and well-documented.

You’ll work with Real Estate, Development, and Construction teams, handling scheduling, notes, and communications while helping maintain budgets and milestones under leadership guidance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 1–2 years of administrative, project coordination, or related experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, as well as Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the Pre-Development team across cross-functional groups.
• Schedule meetings, take notes, track action items, and manage project documentation.
• Assist with project tracking, reporting, and milestone updates.
• Maintain accurate project information and updates in project management systems.
• Support preparation of project updates, growth reports, and presentations.
• Assist with onboarding and knowledge sharing for new team members.
