Qualifications

2+ years working a client facing role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
Relevant experience in residential energy efficiency programs.

Responsibilities

Provide best-in-class program delivery support for Efficiency Maine.
Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, customers, installers, and cross-functional teams.
Communicate complex ideas clearly in writing and verbally to diverse audiences.
Manage multiple priorities with strong project and time management; stay organized, proactive and communicative.
Track program budgets, goals, and resource allocation to ensure delivery.
Prepare, analyze, and review reports and data to measure performance.
