Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Program Manager to support Efficiency Maine’s Mobile Home Initiative in Maine. You will work with Efficiency Maine staff, installers, and program participants to ensure cost-effective energy efficiency and high customer satisfaction, delivering verifiable results.

In this role you will build trusted partnerships, communicate complex ideas clearly, and manage multiple priorities while tracking budgets and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role.
• Experience with residential energy efficiency programs is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class program delivery support to Efficiency Maine.
• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, customers, installers, and cross-functional teams.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly in writing and verbally to diverse audiences.
• Manage multiple priorities with strong project and time management.
• Track program budgets, goals, and resource allocation.
• Prepare, analyze, and review reports to measure performance and progress.
