Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Program Manager to drive the Efficiency Maine Mobile Home Initiative, delivering cost-effective energy efficiency improvements and high customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with CLEAResult colleagues, Efficiency Maine staff, installers, and program participants to ensure effective delivery.

The role requires 2+ years in client-facing roles, proficiency in Excel/Office, and experience in residential energy efficiency programs, with a focus on stakeholder engagement

• Support our efforts to provide best-in-class program delivery services to Efficiency Maine, resulting in high client and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, customers, installers, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, in writing and verbally, to diverse audiences.
• Manage multiple priorities through strong project and time management; stay organized, proactive, and communicative.
• Track program budgets, goals, and resource allocation to ensure effective delivery.
• Prepare, analyze, and review reports and data to measure performance and progress.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual as a Program Manager. In Maine, CLEAResult proudly supports Efficiency Maine’s Mobile Home Initiative, promoting mobile home heat pump upgrades with rebates, loans, marketing, technical support, and stakeholder outreach. The Program Manager will play an important role in making sure this initiative is delivered effectively and in a manner that drives verifiable, cost-effective energy efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction. As part of this effort, the Program Manager will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including other members of the CLEAResult team, Efficiency Maine staff, registered installers, and program participants.

We’re also looking for someone who can:

• Support our efforts to provide best-in-class program delivery support services to Efficiency Maine, resulting in high levels of both client and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, customers, installers, and cross functional internal teams.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, to diverse audiences with varying perspectives.
• Manage multiple priorities through strong project and time management; remain organized, proactive, and communicative.
• Track program budgets, goals, and resource allocation to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
• Prepare, analyze, and review reports and data to measure performance and progress.

Strong candidates will have:

• 2+ years working a client facing role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
• Relevant experience in residential energy efficiency programs.

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range

$86,300.00 - $129,400.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
