Job summary

Skyworks Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Engineering to lead planning, management, and execution of NPI customer‑focused programs from kick‑off through design and into production release.

You will chair weekly multi‑functional team meetings, drive critical‑path schedules, resolve technical issues, and ensure process compliance while collaborating with Product Line Management, Marketing, and Quality to meet customer specifications and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Chair weekly development team meetings across a multi-functional group.
• Resolve technical issues to ensure product compliance / robustness against specifications (customer & internal).
• Drive critical-path schedule tasks and risk-mitigation plans.
• Support customer interaction alongside Product Line Management, Marketing, Customer Quality, etc.
• Ensure compliance with product development processes through internal / external audits.
• Present programs to senior management and other functional leads within BU / Operations / Quality.
• Demonstrate track record of product development.
• Use a flexible approach and influence and motivate others.
