Job summary

Virginia Commonwealth University is seeking a Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the College of Health Professions, Department of Physical Therapy, and related programs, including DPT and REMS, plus three PT Residency programs.

Responsibilities include admissions support, data reporting, event planning, and collaboration with CHP and Dean’s Office. Hybrid work arrangement with administrative leadership oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, and social media communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support for the DPT program and related initiatives.
• Assist admissions by coordinating communications, recruiting events, and reviewing applications.
• Process data reports and contribute to accreditation support and strategic planning.
• Coordinate departmental events, meetings, travel, and related logistics.
• Manage department communications, newsletters, and social media channels.
