Job summary

Tufts University’s Department of Rehabilitation Sciences in Seattle seeks an operational leader for the DPT program on the Seattle campus. This hybrid role oversees budget, personnel, and facilities, and requires commuting to campus for routine visits.

You will work with program directors and faculty to manage strategic plans, reporting, and events, including labs, workshops, and graduation activities, while ensuring alignment with accreditation and institutional goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related discipline.
• 5-7 years of program or project management experience in higher education administration.
• Strong organization, communication, interpersonal and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise the Program Director, Directors, and Faculty on strategy, operations, budget, personnel, and facilities.
• Provide assistance to the Program Director in problem-solving, planning, and management of the program.
• Develop financial, personnel, and facilities reports for internal and external bodies.
• Oversee and supervise DPT Program Administrative staff including Program Administrator, Program Coordinators, and/or Program Assistants.
• Prepare spreadsheets/reports/surveys for data analysis and monitoring of all financial resources.
• Plan and direct onsite lab sessions, onsite and virtual events, and graduation activities for the DPT Program.
• Plan and direct IT for the DPT Program; coordinate IT contracts and website updates with Marketing.
