Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated excellence in professional written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, and social media communications.
• Proven ability to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to foster an environment of respect, professionalism and civility with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support for the DPT program.
• Assist admissions process for DPT by coordinating communications and recruitment events.
• Support department administrative activities, including data analysis for accreditation.
• Compile data for strategic plans and departmental goals.
• Manage facilities, building concerns, and communications like newsletters and social media.
• Schedule meetings, create agendas, and coordinate locations and RSVPs.
• Plan and execute department events, including invitations, catering, and day-of-event support.
• Oversee purchasing for events and research needs; manage travel and reimbursements per policy.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improved workflows.
• Serve as liaison to CHP and external stakeholders; participate in regular meetings with finance.
