Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related discipline is required.
• 5–7 years of program or project management in higher education administration.
• Strong organization, communication, interpersonal and management skills.
• Experience managing hybrid work environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise the Program Director, Directors, and Faculty on strategic plan, operations, budget, personnel, and facilities.
• Assist the Program Director in problem-solving, project planning, and program management.
• Develop financial, personnel, and facilities reports for internal and external bodies, including accrediting bodies.
• Oversee and supervise DPT Program Administrative staff across hybrid roles.
• Prepare spreadsheets/reports/surveys for data analysis of financial resources, including operations and revenue.
• Plan and direct on-site lab sessions, events, and graduation coordination for the DPT Program.
• Coordinate IT contracts, plan the DPT website, and liaise with Marketing.
