Chenega Military, Intelligence & Operations Support (MIOS) is seeking a Program Manager for Articus Solutions, LLC, overseeing administrative support for CIWT at Corry Station, Pensacola, FL, and program-level oversight for multiple CIWT/IWTC locations. The role requires leading contract execution, supervising personnel, and ensuring resources meet the PWS.

Strong leadership, communication, and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

10+ years of supervisory experience.
Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
PMP certification preferred; Bachelor’s degree desired.

Responsibilities

Serve as the contractor’s Authorized Program Manager with full authority to act for Articus Solutions and be accountable for performance of all work under the PWS.
Act as primary point of contact with the COR for contract performance; attend performance-related meetings and respond to COR notifications.
Provide the COR an accurate roster of all contractor personnel and maintain roster accuracy.
Notify the COR of personnel substitutions and coordinate transitions to ensure continuity of services.
Ensure contractor personnel maintain professional standards for a military environment and are trained/licensed as applicable.
Provide oversight and QA for all contract tasks at CIWT Corry Station and related CIWT/IWTC locations.
Coordinate program-level oversight across CIWT/IWTC sites and geographically separate learning sites.
Ensure compliance with safety SOPs; participate in safety meetings and training.
Other duties as assigned.
