Chenega Military, Intelligence & Operations Support (MIOS) in Arlington, VA is seeking a seasoned Project Oversight Manager to govern a portfolio of strategic initiatives, monitor lifecycle health, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with business objectives.

You will enforce PM standards, drive continuous improvement of Agile practices, mentor project managers, and communicate with senior leadership to secure alignment and decisive governance. TS/SCI clearance is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 7+ years of project/portfolio management experience; experience with Agile frameworks at portfolio level; TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor a portfolio-level dashboard for KPIs, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Implement and manage portfolio-level risk and dependency management; escalate cross-project issues.
• Enforce project management standards and methodologies across the organization.
• Create and manage key project charters and plans meeting standards for quality and strategic fit.
• Conduct regular health checks and audits on key projects to ensure adherence to standards.
• Ensure data integrity in Jira and generate portfolio-level insights and reports.
• Serve as central point of contact for senior leadership on portfolio status.
• Facilitate strategic alignment and resolve conflicts between project teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach project managers on best practices; drive Agile improvements.
