Dungarvin in Minnesota is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate and oversee daily operations of our services, ensuring staff orientation and ongoing training. You will develop, implement, and monitor programs to the highest standards and maintain close communication with leadership.

The role demands leadership in a human services setting, strong organizational and decision-making abilities, and a reliable driving record.

Formación

• 2 years of lead experience in the human services field.
• Must qualify as a Designated Coordinator.
• Must have basic computer skills, good decision-making skills, time management and communication skills and be responsible, mature and flexible.
• Valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
• Current auto liability insurance with reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the overall services.
• Ensure orientation and ongoing training of staff.
• Develop, implement, coordinate, and monitor program activities to high standards.
• Maintain direct communication with the director and supervisors.
