The Program Manager, Digital Learning and Engagement at the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) leads digital learning platforms, webinar technology, online communities, and leadership development programs. The position partners with the Director of Academic Nursing Development to manage logistics, timelines, communications, and evaluation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with program management and online learning experience.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience coordinating programs, timelines, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

Manages AACN's digital learning and engagement initiatives including online learning, webinars, leadership modules, virtual experiences, and online communities.
Oversees LMS, webinar platforms, online community tools, dashboards, and related apps to ensure reliable program delivery and user experience.
Administrates online communities, supports leaders, coordinates communications, and recommends platform enhancements to boost participation.
Drives development and implementation of engagement strategies and digital communications for learning and leadership programs.
