• Develops, implements, and maintains AACN’s enterprise IT strategy and roadmap.
• Oversees security, access controls, disaster recovery, data backup, and uptime.
• Manages networks, endpoints, cloud services, and vendor relationships.
• Provides staff training and ensures high-quality IT support for internal users.
• Maintains comprehensive IT documentation and standard operating procedures.
