Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a registered nurse.
• At least one (1) year teaching or clinical supervision experience in the last five years.
• Experience in nursing administration or nursing education in the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating all clinical-related activities within the nursing program.
• Managing clinical instructors and maintaining clinical partnerships and placements.
• Overseeing clinical observations, documentation, reporting, and accreditation compliance.
• Supporting clinical faculty to meet course objectives and ensure student success.
